Hi. I’m Sreeragh, a product engineer in Kochi.

I like taking an idea that is still a bit messy and making it into something people can actually use. I do the product thinking, some design, the code, and whatever else is needed to get it out.

I get curious about some technical thing, open too many tabs, and then somehow a side project comes out of it. I care more about making useful stuff than making things that only look impressive.

Most days I am somewhere between a rough product sketch, a terminal, and a browser tab I opened for ‘five minutes of research’ around 40 minutes ago.

how i work

Most of my projects start because something feels annoying or missing. I think, ‘why is this not easier?’ and try making a small version of it. If it works, nice, I keep going. If it does not, at least now I know.

I really like the 0→1 part. Everything is still open there: what to build, what to skip, and how the whole thing should feel. The code matters, but finding the right small problem matters just as much.

I put a lot of my experiments on GitHub. Open source makes me finish things a little better, and sometimes someone finds a use for them that I never thought about. I like that part a lot.

Right now I keep coming back to AI agents, local-first apps, knowledge tools, and tools for developers. There is no proper roadmap here. These are just things I keep wanting to build.

Hackathon

Came second at OpenAI Codex Nightline 2026. The hackathon happened inside Kochi Metro, which was fun and slightly strange.
